Here's what you will need for the 4-serving recipe:


500 g veal meat cut into thin slices
150 ml white wine
10 sage leaves
50 g raw ham
80 g sliced Pecorino cheese
EVO oil
salt and pepper

      1. Lay the veal slices on a cutting board and sprinkle them uniformly with salt, pepper. Top with one slice of raw ham, and one of Pecorino cheese. Then, roll them up starting with a short side; cover with sage leaves, and secure with toothpicks
      2. In a pan pour 1 tablespoon of EVO oil, add the veal rolls and braise the beef rolls for 2 minutes. Then, pour the white wine over them, cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes, taking care they brown on all sides
      3. Discard toothpicks from the veal rolls, cut them in half and serve them warm
