Champagne wishes and caviar dreams II
If you happen to have some smoked salmon and caviar left from Christmas celebrations, this recipe salad is perfect for you.
Caviar is considered a delicacy and is eaten as a garnish. Usually high-quality caviar is appreciated in purity, given the value. Lower-quality caviar can possibly be combined, in cold or slightly warm preparations, with light flavors. Otherwise, it may be served with fresh-taste vegetables to enrich some salad with its captivating consistency and color.
Which is is exactly what we will do today!
Here's what you will need for the 4-serving recipe
200 g smoked salmon
200 g fennel, finely chopped
1 orange
caviar
basil leaves
EVO oil
