Tiramisu
These Tiramisu overnight oats are a creamy chocolate overnight oats recipe with a touch of coffee and yogurt cream layers.
It tastes like your favorite Tiramisu dessert but much healthier, full of fiber and plant-based proteins from oats. If you love desserts for breakfast, overnight oats recipes are perfect for it!
Here are ingredients for a 4-serving recipe:
100 ml espresso coffee
1 tbsp sweetener of choice, or more as desired
100 g greek yogurt
cocoa powder
- In a mixing bowl, add old-fashioned rolled oats, sweetener, and coffee
- Whisk for 1-2 minutes or until fully combined
- Place the ingredients in a glass mason jar, it won't be thick, and that's normal
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogyrt with sweetener and taste the mixture, adding more now or later as a topping. Place yogurt on top of the oats
- Cover the bowl with a lid or close the jar, and place it in the fridge overnight
