10 MINUTES
10-minutes bacon and eggs breakfast bake!!
Almost no pans. Just your all-time favorite breakfast ingredients baked in the oven.
I know it’s just eggs and bacon...And who am I to tell you how to cook eggs and bacon, right?
But this is not what I’m doing here.
All I am doing is giving you one very easy way to create a WOW-effect from the same, old ingredients, bake it, and then eat it. If you start right now, breakfast will be ready in about 10 minutes.
This right here was Nina's favorite weekend breakfast recipe. It’s a one-dish meal for 4, and it is seriously delish.

Sunday mornings are the BEST!
Here are ingredients for a 4-serving recipe :
4 eggs
160 g white bread, cut into slices
100 g bacon, cut into thin stripes
50 g butter
EVO oil
salt
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Place the egg whites in a bowl and beat them until stiff for about 5 minutes. Keep egg yolks aside in another bowl
- Pour 1 teaspoon of EVO oil in a baking tray and distribute it on the bottom. Then, create 4 "clouds" of egg white by using a spoon
- Place 1 egg yolk on top of each cloud, and add a pinch of salt
- Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C
- Remove the bread crusts, and cut the bread slices into halves along the diagonal
- After five minutes of baking, put the slices of bread directly on the oven racks, and go on with the baking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. When hot, add bacon strips in a single layer. Flip bacon, using tongs, and cook until browned on both sides, about 2 minutes
- Drain bacon on paper towels, and repeat with remaining bacon
- Take eggs and bread out of the oven
- Scoop up the butter with a knife, and spread it across each bread slice in light, soft strokes
- Place on each plate 1 egg cloud, few stripes of roasted bacon and some sliced of buttered toasted bread. Enjoy!
