Rocket and spinach salad with pears, walnuts, Feta cheese and honey dressing

Walnuts, feta cheese and pear salad is one of my most favorite salad.
I love it not only for its taste but also for the simplicity in its making.

Crunchy walnuts, soft cheese and garden fresh lettuce compliment wonderfully with each other.
On top, I made a very simple vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil.

ere are ingredients for
the 4-serving recipe:

 


100 g rocket salad
100 g fresh spinach
100 g valerian salad
200 g Feta cheese
200 g ripe pears
1 fistful walnuts
EVO oil
salt
honey
balsamic vinegar


  1. Wash all the salads under running water. Place everything in a large bowl
  2. Cut Feta cheese into cubes. Add it to the salad bowl, too
  3. Wash and peel the pears. Cut them into thin slices and add them to the salad bowl
  4. In a small bowl place 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of EVO oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Add salt, and stir to mix until you obtain a smooth dressing
  5. Season the salad with the honey dressing, add the walnuts on top and serve!
