200 g lady fingers biscuits
200 ml cow milk
200 g mascarpone cheese
Here are ingredients for a 4-serving recipe:
200 ml cow milk
200 g mascarpone cheese
200 g pistachio cream
250 ml milk cream
50 g chopped pistachios
50 g chopped pistachios
- In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone, and creamtogether until stiff peaks
- Add the pistachio cream and beat again
- Pour the milk to a shallow bowl and dip the ladyfingers on both sides (don’t let them soak–just a quick dip)
- Smooth a layer of mascarpone mixture on top of the lady fingers
- Add another layer of lady fingers (dipped in milk) and another layer of cheese mixture. Top with chopped pistachios
- Place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours
