Here are ingredients for a 4-serving recipe:



200 g
 lady fingers biscuits
200 ml cow milk 
200 g mascarpone cheese 
200 g pistachio cream
250 ml milk cream
50 g chopped pistachios 


  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone, and creamtogether until stiff peaks
  2. Add the pistachio cream and beat again
  3. Pour the milk to a shallow bowl and dip the ladyfingers on both sides (don’t let them soak–just a quick dip)
  4. Smooth a layer of mascarpone mixture on top of the lady fingers
  5. Add another layer of lady fingers (dipped in milk) and another layer of cheese mixture. Top with chopped pistachios
  6. Place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours
